Indofood’s sustainability governance strengthens the current corporate governance approach. (BOD) is responsible for establishing effective governance practices, based on Indonesia’s regulatory framework and on key principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.

To eectively coordinate and integrate Indofood’s sustainability initiatives and programs, we have developed a sustainability framework which encompasses all of our Groups and divisions. The principles of the framework serve to guide sustainability implementation across the Indofood Group.
